Tell us about your situation. We'll come back with a clear picture of what your dormant leads are worth and exactly how we'd reactivate them.
When you send a brief or use the contact form, PSA Studio collects your name, clinic name, email and the clinic details you give us. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and follow up about your project. We never sell your details. PSA Studio is the data controller.
How long we keep it: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client (when normal business records apply). You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
AI & email processing: to reply quickly, your enquiry is read by an automated AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude) to summarise it; your details are stored securely in our system, hosted by Supabase; and emails are sent through Brevo. These providers process your data on our behalf under contract and do not use it to train their models.
Please don't include patient data: tell us about your business, not your patients. Please don't put any patient or clinical details in your message.
Your rights: you can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time, and you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Contact [email protected].
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We don't profile you, follow you around the web, or sell your data.
What is used: only the essential storage needed for the site to work. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may set essential cookies for security and reliability.
Because these are essential, there's nothing you need to do. You can clear or block cookies any time in your browser settings.
