Paul Smith brings together two rare areas of expertise: complex security systems and frontline business operations.
He spent 15 years in fire and security systems, delivering fire, security and access-control projects for organisations including DynCorp, Las Vegas City Hall, the US Federal Court for the Eastern District of New York (Brooklyn) and Diamond Resorts International — working alongside major industry providers such as Tyco Fire & Security and Stanley Convergent Security Solutions.
He then spent a decade managing hotels and restaurants in Scotland, giving him firsthand insight into the operational challenges businesses face every day.
This combination of technical depth and operational experience shapes every AI solution he develops — practical, effective tools designed to help businesses work smarter, save time and improve results.
